Through close partnership, Torqos helped reduce cost on a 10 kg Direct Drive platform — without sacrificing performance. Instead of stripping material, the entire system was re-engineered from first principles.
Using digital-twin modelling and novel algorithms for temperature monitoring and motor current limits, a new motor design was allowed to operate for longer at peak performance.
Now deployed across multiple platforms, it delivers efficiency at scale — where intelligence replaces excess, and performance is preserved through understanding.
