Mike Ullrich
Chief Executive Officer
Mike was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Torqos in April 2023, bringing more than 25 years' experience leading technology-led businesses across appliances, consumer, automotive, energy, IoT and agtech markets. His background combines deep engineering, product management and commercial leadership, with a track record of building companies that turn advanced technology into successful products. At Torqos, Mike draws on a heritage of trailblazing motor and drive-system engineering, focusing the business on putting customers at the centre — shaping strategy, harnessing technology, and leading teams that engineer and deliver world-leading products.
Blair Hilditch
Chief Financial Officer
Blair joined Fisher & Paykel as an accounting graduate in 1999 and was part of the now Torqos since its humble beginnings. He has held numerous finance positions spanning North America, Mexico, Thailand and China. His experience, whether it be factories, airports, commercial sales or technology business, means he can gain insights into what really drives growth and success in a business to contribute to making those happen.
Alex Sun
General Manager China Operations
Alex joined in March 2020 with an extensive history as a senior executive with both China and the global experience. He has focused on fast growing multi-national organisations, including those with a strong customer focus and business acumen, Alex has a good understanding of increasingly accelerating worlds and especially the challenges and opportunities this presents.
Maria Limbrick
General Manager People and Capability
Maria joined in September 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and over 14 years of people experience across various industries – including public health, civil construction and cyber security. She has a passion for transparent cultures, people development and strength in deeply understanding business growth and success to align to people strategy.
Stephen Parnell
General Manager Laundry
Stephen joined Fisher & Paykel in 1998 as a graduate engineer in laundry product design, swiftly rising to leadership and over his 25+ year career he has developed teams, led technology, delivered class leading products, enhanced product quality, spearheaded robust product development processes. Along this journey he was Group Chief Engineer leading a new generation of top loader washer project into F&Ps new factory in Thailand; Laundry Design Manager, developing a highly capable team and laundry product strategy to deliver class leading laundry products to exceed market expectation; and GM Quality, implementing quality processes and thinking across design and manufacturing. Now as Torqos General Manager Product Line - Laundry, he leads the successful laundry product line globally.

General Manager Product Lines & Marketing
As our newest Senior Leadership Team member, Jared joined in April 2024 with over 15 years of experience in product leadership across pharmaceutical and high-tech businesses. He has a passion for driving growth by taking kiwi technology to the world, creating and marketing amazing products and growing resource capability, including technology and people.
Rose Smith
General Manager Product Development
Rose joined in July 2023, bringing impressive experience across high tech product development and manufacturing, including consumer electronics and appliances, B2B industrial electronics, and strategic thinking and strong proven execution in product development. Rose is fluent in English and Mandarin and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Satellite Electronics Engineering.
